Dr. Hemantkumar R. Prajapati is strongly passionate about his subject matter and dedicated to imparting knowledge to his students. He strives to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported in their educational journey. His teaching style could involve a mix of lectures, discussions, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations to cater to different learning styles and engage his students effectively.

He strongly prioritizes understanding over memorization, encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among his students. Building strong relationships with his students is important to him, as he believes it fosters trust, respect, and a collaborative learning atmosphere. He is also committed to staying updated with the latest educational trends, technologies, and teaching methodologies to continuously improve his teaching practices.

Ultimate goal as a teacher is not just to transmit information but to inspire and empower the students to become lifelong learners who are equipped with the knowledge, skills and confidence to succeed both academically and personally.

He worked as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry Subject in Dholka Science College, Ahmedabad from 1999 to 2006. He worked as an Assistant Professor in Chemistry Subject in C.U. Shah Science College, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad from 2007 to 2016.  He worked as an Assistant Professor in Department of Chemistry, School of Sciences Gujarat University, Ahmedabad from 2016 to 2019.  He worked as an Associate Professor in Chemistry Subject at Indian Institute of Teacher Education (IITE) Gandhinagar from 2019 to 2023. Currently He has been working as an Associate Professor in Department of Chemistry, Shri Govind Guru university, Vinzol, Godhra, Panchmahal.
