About

Dr. Dhavalkumar B. Patel is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, Shri Govind Guru University, Godhra. He has earned his M.Phil. Degree in the year 2017 and doctorate Degree in the year 2020 from Department of Chemistry, Gujarat University. He has total 06 years teaching and research experience. His area of Specialization is Organic Chemistry and their research interests include Synthesis of bio-active molecules, Organic Chemistry, Green Chemistry, Computational Chemistry and Microwave Chemistry. He has published more than 15 research articles/papers in international/Scopus listed journal with around 400 citations, h-index 9 (as on February 2025). Also he has filed two patents with his colleagues.  Dr. Dhavalkumar B. Patel is deeply committed to the academic success of their students and aims to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Through their teaching, they encourage collaborative learning, inspire students to think critically about chemistry and its role in solving global challenges and aim to inspire the next generation of scholars.
