The focus of the department on academic activities is maintained throughout the year. The setting up of Film Club, Creative Writing Club, Alumni Association, The Student’s Representative Council, and The House of Theatre has ensured consistent participation of the students and has fostered literary zeal among the students. Further, other academic activities occupy the space and time of the department on a regular basis. Such literary activities add to the much-required development of critical and creative abilities of the students.
